Finance Professional Joins Christie's International Hoboken

HOBOKEN, NJ – October 23, 2019 – Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and the fastest growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, has introduced Jeff Koblenz as a Realtor® Associate in its Hoboken, NJ office. His addition to the team is part of the agency’s ongoing expansion throughout the region.

Koblenz specializes in residential, investment, commercial and rental properties in Jersey City, Hoboken and the greater Hudson County region. He also executes financial modeling for real estate investors, and teaches continuing education classes on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act to Certified Public Accountants. Jeff, also a licensed CPA and insurance agent, assists clients with insurance for commercial buildings and corporations. He is also a member of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.

He previously worked for many years with major finance organizations in New York City and served as an Adjunct Faculty Professor for New York University. With his real estate, insurance, finance and accounting backgrounds, Jeff serves as an exam tutor for professional certifications and evaluations like the CPA exam, the Series 7 exam, and the state insurance and real estate exams. He also tutors MBA students on quantitative topics. Jeff is a member of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service, and is completely committed to helping his clients buy or sell their home with the highest level of customer service and expertise in their local market.

A graduate of both Rutgers University and New York University, Koblenz holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in real estate finance. He is a 17-year resident of Jersey City who enjoys staying active, traveling and attending creative events, including Broadway shows, in his spare time.
