Flash Flooding In Hudson County Weather Forecast Sunday: See Risk Map

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Heavy rain is in the forecast for Sunday night, and flash floods are possible in North Jersey, the National Weather Service said.

The rain is likely after 7 p.m., the NWS says.

As much as a half inch of rain is in the local forecast. Winds may gust as high as 20 MPH. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent.

Monday morning will be foggy with light rain possible. Thunderstorms are also possible in the afternoon, but the day will be partly sunny, the NWS said.

High tide on the Hudson River in Hoboken and downtown Jersey City is expected at 12:26 a.m. on Monday. In Secaucus, on the Hackensack River, it'll arrive around 1:01 a.m.
