Giants Cut Hoboken's Steve Weatherford
Report: The punter, a fan favorite and resident of Hoboken, has been released.
Hoboken’s Steve Weatherford – the punter for the New York Giants – may soon need a new job.
Rand Getlin of NFL Media stated on Twitter that the Giants had released Weatherford on Friday afternoon.
The Giants have replaced Weatherford by trading for Steelers punter Brad Wing, NJ.com reported.

Weatherford lives in Hoboken along with his wife Laura and four children, Ace, Carney, Aurora, and Josie, according to hMag.
