Coffee And Dozens Of Cookie Flavors Come To Gelato Joint In Hoboken
Il Laboratorio Del Gelato on Washington Street is now open for breakfast, offering coffee, pastries, and unique flavors of cookies.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A store that's known for dozens of unique flavors of gelato has now added morning hours, offering dozens of flavors of gourmet cookies and pastries.
Restaurateur Mike Kurt, who owns Eve's Bakery, has brought more than a dozen varieties of their cookies — including dipped pistachio shortbread and crispy lemon sandwich — to Il Laboratorio Del Gelato at the corner of Washington and Fifth streets.
Eve's, based in Teterboro, bakes cookies using all natural flavors. They offer gluten free and keto-friendly versions.

Besides offering Eve's Cookies, the gelato shop is now selling pastries and coffees in the morning. You can stop in starting at 8 a.m. each day.
Meanwhile, Kurt is still running his restaurant, Piddle, at 115 Terhune Ave. in Lodi. It just celebrated its first anniversary.
