Hazardous Weather For Hoboken: Here's When Storms Start
Temperatures may soar as high as 82 in Hudson County Thursday, followed by thunderstorms and wind gusts. Find out when they may start.

HOBOKEN, NJ — What goes up must come down. The National Weather Service said Thursday that in Hoboken, temperatures may reach 82 degrees and then bring thunderstorms and strong wind gusts after 5 p.m.
A hazardous weather outlook for Essex, Bergen, Union, and Passaic counties says:
"The Storm Prediction Center has placed the area in a slight risk for severe thunderstorms Thursday into Thursday evening. Strong to locally damaging winds will be the main threat. Brief heavy downpours are also possible."

Thursday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 5 p.m. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain. Increasing clouds, with a high near 82. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Thursday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely before 8 p.m., then a chance of showers between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 51. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 68. Southwest wind 5 to 14 mph.
