Heavy Rain, Nor'easter In Forecast For Hudson County Area
A nor'easter is forecast for early this week with 1-2 inches of rain Monday night, and high winds.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — April showers may bring May flowers, but do they bring plummeting temperatures and nor'easters with an inch of rain? Apparently in 2022 they may.
According to the NWS, Hudson County and the rest of the area may have more than an inch of rain late Monday night into early Tuesday.
"East wind around 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph," says the forecast for Hoboken for Monday night. "Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New precipitation amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible."

Accuweather is calling the storm a nor'easter that will ride along on the tail of the cold front early this coming week.
