Hoboken Creates Map Of Businesses That Are Open

Readers can add business info here. Patch also has created a directory that Hoboken businesses can add to.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The city of Hoboken on Tuesday created a “Hoboken’s Business Status Map” to keep residents informed of the current operational status of Hoboken's local businesses. More than 120 businesses are included, and more can be included by clicking here.

(Note that for Patch also has a directory of what's open and closed in Hoboken, to which business owners can add information at any time. Forty-three businesses have participated so far. Click here to see the list or add information.)

Mayor Ravi Bhalla said that in the coming weeks, the Hoboken Business Alliance will be releasing a citywide inventory and map that encompasses all of Hoboken's businesses, once normal business operations can be restored.

"As a reminder, what is determined as an essential business, and those business which will be permitted to open up in the coming months through a phased approach, is made by the state of New Jersey," Bhalla wrote in a Nixle alert. To read more of the alert, click here.
