In Hoboken: Elysian Charter School Moving to Uptown Location

Signs 30-year lease on Park Avenue; May move by September

In an effort to “move one step closer to having its students all under one roof,” the Elysian Charter School recently signed a 32,000 square feet lease for a new, uptown location.

The school, which currently has locations at the Rue Building, 301 Garden St., and the Demarest School, 158 Fourth St., will relocate to Park Place, a multifamily, retail and educational structure located at 1415 Park Ave.

According to a release, the 30-year lease, signed by BIT Investment 61 and Elysian Charter School of Hoboken, could have the charter school moving into its new home by September.
