Hoboken ENT Practice Plans Expansion, Renews Lease

HOBOKEN, NJ — A Hoboken-based medical practice is planning an expansion on Hudson Street after more than a decade of operation in the city.

ENT and Allergy Associates has served Hoboken patients for more than a decade at 79 Hudson Street. But as the population continues to grow, so has the practice, according to a company news release.

In addition to extending its current lease for five years, ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) has signed a letter of intent to carry out a facelift at the property.

According to ENTA, the plan under consideration will increase its current footprint by 850 square feet, for a total of about 4,200 square feet. This, in turn, will allow the practice to add two exam rooms (for a total of eight) and a procedure room. It will also allow the practice to relocate its current audio facilities and kitchen and add another physician to its current roster.

“We have seen this neighborhood grow and grow, so it is extremely gratifying to know our office will also be expanding,” said Raj Tandon, a doctor and partner at ENTA.

“I’m extremely pleased we were able to increase our space while maintaining our current location,” said Robert Glazer, CEO at ENTA. “To me, it’s the best of both worlds.”
