Hoboken Firefighters Rescue Person From Hudson River
Hoboken firefighters made a maritime rescue, pulling a man from the Hudson River near Pier C, authorities said.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken firefighters made a maritime rescue earlier this week, pulling a man from the Hudson River, authorities said.
According to the Hoboken Fire Department, the rescue took place around 1:15 a.m. in the waters near Pier C.
The victim, a 22-year-old Lyndhurst resident, appeared to be intoxicated and voluntarily jumped into the river, police told NJ.com.
