Hoboken Inspecting Sidewalks For Snow Removal: Updates

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — After at least 8 inches of snow fell on Hoboken, the city will inspect sidewalks for snow removal and continue their own removal operations, they said.

The city said in a message:

Elysian Park, Sunday

"The city will have extra inspectors on hand today to conduct sidewalk inspections, but also relies on resident reports to help identify property owners that are not meeting sidewalk safety requirements. To report an un-shoveled sidewalk, please email sanitationinspectors@hobokennj.gov.

"Please remember, in the State of New Jersey, it is illegal to drive with accumulated snow or ice on any part of your vehicle."
