HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Passover runs through Thursday, April 13, and Easter is this Sunday. Many area businesses are offering special meals and treats, including two local businesses that are growing.
Among them, Hank Schwartz's Deli, a delivery service for both traditional and offbeat Jewish foods, has a limited menu for Passover that includes regular chopped liver, vegan chopped liver, and chocolate covered and tiramisu matzo. Choc-o-Pain, a group of French cafes in Hoboken and Jersey City, also released a menu of their special Easter and Passover eats. These include stenciled chocolate cakes and bunny Bordelais for Easter, flourless chocolate cakes for Passover, and more. They're taking orders here through April 7.
