Hoboken Woman Groped In Parking Garage: Police
A 28-year-old man groped a woman and tried to kiss her in a Hoboken parking garage, authorities said.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Police charged a Hoboken man with aggravated criminal sexual contact, among other offenses, after he allegedly groped a woman and tried to kiss her in a parking garage last week, authorities said.
According to the Hoboken Police Department, an officer saw Justin Rubio, 28, run out of the midtown garage around 8 a.m. on Friday, March 22.
A woman was chasing Rubio and screaming for help, police said.

Rubio began to flee the scene and the officer gave chase, yelling at him to stop. Ignoring the officer’s commands, he entered a building at 333 Adams Street in an attempt to hide, authorities said.
Police apprehended Rubio soon afterwards, authorities said.

It was later determined that Rubio “inappropriately touched the victim by grabbing her chest area and attempting to kiss her,” police alleged.
Authorities charged Rubio with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, Burglary, Criminal Restraint, Criminal Trespass and Resisting by Flight.
