Hoboken Mexican Restaurant Will Have Vegan Options: Report

HOBOKEN, NJ — Is one of Hoboken’s favorite Mexican restaurants planning to reopen its downtown location as a vegetarian/vegan eatery? That’s what a recent report says about Los Charritos’ Washington Avenue location.

Los Charritos’ downtown location has been closed for the last two and a half months in preparation for the release of a new, veggie-loaded menu, Hoboken Girl reported.

Available items will include “authentic vegan Mexican cuisine” and options for “vegan cheese lovers” with vegetarian items containing dairy marked as such. Read the full article here.
