Hoboken, NJ volunteer group comes to the aid of The Harborage

The Supporters of The Harborage (SOTH) is rare a group of like minded people hoping to help the staff of The Harborage, a 245-bed nursing home providing outstanding, long-term care in a positive, compassionate, and unique setting located at the Palisades Medical Center, 7600 River Road, North Bergen, NJ.

Hoboken Housing Authority Commissioner Erica Seitzman heard that the Harborage was in need, "I could not turn a blind eye and jumped in to help and created a team to assist."

Help us help The Harborage feed front line workers at this hard-hit North Bergen, NJ nursing home, one of the hardest hit by COVID-19 in Hudson County, with 181 confirmed positives, and 25 deaths.

HOW TO DONATE: SOTH does not collect donations. We connect individual donors with participating restaurants. Simply put, donors contribute directly to the restaurants who will then deliver delicious meals to the hardworking Harborage front line workers. Participating restaurants have included: Tony Boloneys, Johnny Pepperoni’s, Il Tavolo di Palmisano, all from Hoboken. Bareburger and Lotus Thai in Guttenberg have also already participated in the cause.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Donors can also send a chicken deluxe sandwich, complete with fries, coleslaw and a pickle, directly to Harborage staff, for $10 each from RiverView Diner in North Bergen. Call up RiverView Diner at 201-868-5400 and order one meal or more, as part of this effort. They need 60 sandwiches to do a night delivery.
