HOBOKEN, NJ —If you're planning to visit or leave Hoboken (just named the 13th best city to live!) via PATH train between midnight on Saturday morning through 5 a.m. on Martin Luther King Day, you'll have to find another form of transportation.

The Port Authority announced that the station will be closed starting at 12 a.m. Saturday through 5 a.m. Monday morning, Martin Luther King Day, for "necessary signal equipment maintenance."

However, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train, which stops at the Hoboken train terminal as well as the west side of town, will cross-honor PATH tickets. That train has a stop a block from the Newport PATH station in Jersey City. And a special PATH train will run between Journal Square in Jersey City and 33rd Street in Manhattan.
