Hoboken Real Estate Team Receives Top Global Award
The Jill Biggs Group Honored With Coldwell Banker Society Of Excellence Award For 2019
HOBOKEN, N.J. (April 2, 2020) – Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey is pleased to announce that The Jill Biggs Group, which is affiliated with the real estate company’s Hoboken office, has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker Society of Excellence award based on its 2019 sales achievements. This illustrious award is presented to the top 1% of approximately 3,200 Coldwell Banker small and large teams in the United States and Canada.
Among those 3,200 Coldwell Banker teams, The Jill Biggs Group was No. 1 large team in New Jersey based on adjusted gross commission income (AGCI) and No. 4 in the entirety of the U.S. and Canada in the categories of AGCI and rental income for 2019.

Individually, team leader Jill Biggs earned the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the uppermost Platinum Level for 2019. She also earned the distinguished achievement of being ranked among the Top 1,000 real estate agents and teams in the United States, as announced in the 2019 REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal.
