The city said on Tuesday, "Please note, plowing takes significantly longer than the 1-hour window allotted for multiple blocks of street cleaning, so it is likely that not all blocks will be plowed. Should this occur, the Division of Public Works will return during the next scheduled street cleaning to plow the parking lane."
