The Rebuild by Design–Hudson River project is intended to mitigate flooding caused by storm surges through the construction of a resist structure including levees, berms, and floodgates.
The resist structure will be integrated into the urban landscape, including within Harborside Park located in northeast Hoboken and through signage, benches, and other urban amenities.
