Hoboken School Snow Days, Delayed Openings: What To Do For 2016
Here's what to do school if school is cancelled or delayed this winter, Hoboken.
Hoboken, NJ – As North Jersey hunkers down for a possible nor’easter/snowstorm that forecasters say is “increasingly likely” to hit Friday afternoon, it’s helpful for local parents to brush up on what to do in event of a school snow day.

Here’s what the Hoboken Public School District says to do for snow days, cancellations and delayed openings for the 2015-16 school year:
“Should it become necessary to close the district due to inclement weather, the following TV and radio stations will make the announcements (Channel 4, 5, 7, 12 News, Fios, 1010WINS) as well as the district website (www.hoboken.k12.nj.us).”

According to the Hoboken Public Schools website:
- If there are no emergency closings, the final day of school will be June 22, 2016.
- If one snow day is used, the final day of school will be June 23, 2016.
- If two snow days are used, the final day of school will be June 24, 2016
- If three snow days are used, the final day of school will be June 27, 2016.
- If more than three days are used for emergency closings, revisions will be made by shortening the spring break, beginning with April 1.
