Hoboken, NJ – Authorities have charged a 16-year-old Hoboken Junior/Senior High School student with fondling a 12-year-old schoolmate at the school, a report says
Police arrested the male teen on Friday night and charged him with criminal sexual contact and unlawful imprisonment in connection with an alleged incident that took place earlier that day in a school elevator, NJ.com reported.
A Hoboken police spokesman reportedly told NJ.com that the boy was charged with touching an "intimate body part" over the 12-year-old girl's clothing.
