Hoboken Traffic Crackdown: 14 Stop Sign Violations In 2 Hours
Where would YOU like to see Hoboken police focus their next traffic enforcement efforts?

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken police officers recently issued 14 stop sign-related motor vehicle violations in two hours in a “problem area” of the city. And the crackdown isn’t over yet, authorities said.
The Hoboken Police Department issued an advisory on Dec. 10 that traffic officers were launching an “enhanced enforcement” operation around the city’s schools.
“Every week we will focus on a different problem area in the city,” police wrote. “These initiatives are all in addition to the normal proactive enforcement we do daily. Drive safe.”

The HPD Traffic Unit will be out doing enhanced enforcement around our schools. Every week we will focus on a different problem area in the city. These initiatives are all in addition to the normal proactive enforcement we do daily. Drive safe.
