Hoboken Wellness Crawl Returns For 2019

HOBOKEN, NJ — HobokenGirl.com will help to promote health and wellness in Hoboken at the 3nd Annual Hoboken Wellness Crawl on Sunday, April 28.

According to a news release from organizers, this year’s Hoboken Wellness Crawl will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout Hoboken. More than 100 local businesses will participate for 2019.

Last year the event saw almost 1,000 attendees, organizers said. Here’s how it works:

• Crawlers purchase a ticket for the Wellness Hub/Check-in spot of their choice.
• Once a ticket is purchased, crawlers will have access to register for fitness classes offered throughout the day.
• On April 28, crawlers head to their designated Wellness Hub for check-in, where each crawler gets a bracelet and access to the exclusive Wellness Crawl Map that shows where all of the participating businesses are located.
• Each business offers a day-of freebie and a $75+ giveaway contest for crawlers to enter.
• Throughout the day crawlers walk, run, bike, etc. around town to check out all of the great wellness options along the way.

As with every Hoboken Girl event, $1 from every ticket sold is being donated to The Water Project, a charity focused on supplying clean drinking water for communities around the world, organizers said.

“It’s our 3rd annual event supporting not only our selected charity, The Water Project, but also great local businesses focused on health and wellness,” said Hoboken Girl founder Jennifer Casson Tripucka. “This event could not be possible without them, as well as the community—their participation shows the local dedication to living a happy and healthy life.”

According to organizers:

“With a ticket, you’ll receive an exclusive map of the Hoboken Wellness Crawl and an entry bracelet to walk around Hoboken and visit different Wellness Stops (at participants’ leisure throughout the day — similar to a bar crawl, sans alcohol). Event-goers will also have access to four Wellness Hubs in Hoboken filled with wellness-centric table vendors. All vendors will be offering samples and giveaways. Over 100 Hudson County businesses are participating. Follow @hobokenwellnesscrawl on Instagram for up-to-the-minute updates!’

Tickets are available online here, and on crawl day they can be presented at four designated check-in spots around Hoboken - Uptown (Fit Foundry - 1416 Willow Avenue), Downtown (Birch - 91 River Street), West (The Spine and Sports Health Center at the Monroe Center - 720 Monroe Street), and Midtown (Hoboken University Medical Center - CarePoint Hospital, 308 Willow Avenue).
