Hoboken Will Hold Holiday Tree Lighting With Performance Tuesday
The lighting of the Hoboken Christmas tree will be held uptown on Tuesday, and streets will be closed.

The city of Hoboken and Hoboken Business Alliance invite residents to the annual Christmas Tree Lighting this Tuesday. The event will begin at 4 p.m. at the new display at 11th and Washington Streets.

The event will feature Elvis the Elf, a performance by the Garden Street School of the Performing Arts, and a very special guest appearance by Santa Claus
Since the intersection is a busy one, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., 11th Street between Bloomfield Street and Washington Street will be closed to vehicular traffic. Also, temporary no parking signs will be posted.
