Hoboken's Annual Earth Day Celebration & Music Festival returns this Sunday
This free, family-friendly event returns to Hoboken with live music, animal encounters, a Green Marketplace and tons of fun for all ages
Hoboken's annual Earth Day Celebration and Music Festival returns on Sunday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Monroe Center Plaza at 770 Jackson Street. This popular event highlights environmental conservation through eco-conscious programming and live musical performances throughout the day.
The Earth Day Celebration and Music Festival is a family-friendly event featuring Earth Day-themed activities while also providing attendees with a deeper understanding of eco-friendly practices, educational exhibits, and food and drink options from local vendors.
“Hoboken’s annual Earth Day Celebration and Music Festival is a beloved community event for all ages that encourages residents and visitors to incorporate eco-conscious decisions into their lives,” said James Runkle, President of the Hoboken Business Alliance Board of Trustees. “We’re thrilled to partner with Hoboken businesses to bring this event to life once again and shine a light on the different ways to celebrate Earth Day, inspiring people to be part of a more sustainable future.”

Attendees will have the option to participate in various ways, including public chalk art, crafts, fitness demonstrations, and shopping at the Green Marketplace, where they can purchase sustainable goods from local makers. Guests can also enjoy food and beverages from a range of businesses such as Hoboken’s own Julietta, which will have coffee, pastries, and gelato, pizza from Pizza Vita, and classic Greek food from Pita Bowl, and the “Botanical Bar” by Brass Rail Bar.
