Former Hertz Site, At Viaduct Leading From Hoboken To Jersey City Heights, To Be Developed

How should the Hoboken Hertz property, at the 14th Street Viaduct leading to Jersey City Heights, be developed? A Zoom meeting is planned.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A Hertz location on a prominent uptown corner of Hoboken shut down last year even after the company emerged from bankrupcy.

The location, which rented out cars both for private use and for Uber drivers, is located at the foot of the 14th Street Viaduct leading from Hoboken up to Jersey City Heights and Union City.

Now the city of Hoboken is holding a virtual community meeting to see how it should be redeveloped.
