Man Committed Sex Crimes Against 4 Girls In 2 Hudson County Towns: Prosecutor
A Hudson County man has been charged with sex crimes against four girls in two local towns, said prosecutors.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A 38-year-old man has been arrested for sex crimes against four girls in two Hudson County towns, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Anthony Lashley, 38, has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault by contact, three counts of criminal sexual contact, and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, said the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
The crimes occurred "on multiple occasions between 2017 and 2024 in Jersey City and Bayonne," said prosecutors.

All four victims were under 18, prosecutors said.
Lashley was first arrested on charges involving two of the victims on Feb. 22, 2024, they said. During the investigation, an additional two victims were identified.

Lashley was charged with those crimes on April 9, 2024, prosecutors said.
He remains in custody at the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
