Inna Ovcharenko Joins Special Properties’ Hoboken Office

Her addition is part of the agency’s ongoing growth and expansion throughout Hudson County and northern New Jersey.

Ovcharenko has been a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and New York for more than 10 years. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of customer service, and brings extensive experience in the active real estate markets of New Jersey’s Hudson County and Manhattan. A resident of Weehawken since 2016, she has a particular expertise in the cities of Weehawken, Union City, West New York and Hoboken.

Inna also specializes in property management, brokering sales, market research, client management, negotiation and marketing. Previously, she worked in marketing for one of the biggest real estate developers in the United States, AFI USA. As a real estate investor herself, Inna also knows how to effectively work with first-time home buyers, as well as clients looking for investment properties and understands the intricacies that come with each. She has also participated in the sale and purchase of several large residential buildings in New York City.

Ovcharenko is a graduate of International Christian University (Kiev-Vienna) and Rutgers University with degrees in marketing, and has completed numerous courses at the New York Real Estate Institute and Vaxjo University in Sweden. She speaks fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Spanish.
