HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Some say it's better to excel at one thing than to be average at many. Lamborghini knows cars, and evolves with the times. Recently, they've debuted several modern models, including their new V12 hybrid.

On Sunday, they chose the new Blu on the Hudson waterfront restaurant, located in Weehawken, to celebrate and unveil what they called "the first V12 plug-in Hybrid HPEV—High Performance Electrified Vehicle — Supercar!"

The Italian automaker showed off the new model, and others, amid shellfish, sushi, steak, and New York City skyline views.
