Major Medical Provider Moving From Washington Street In Hoboken

HOBOKEN, NJ — A popular pair of medical practices in Hoboken is moving off of their central location on Washington Street.

Riverside Adult Medicine is moving to Riverside's existing office at 1425 Bloomfield St., according to signage posted on the doors just this week.

Riverside Pediatrics is joining the 1111 Hudson St. location, as noted in a story yesterday.

The 1425 Bloomfield St. phone number will be 201-706-8490. The pediatrics number is 201-706-8488.

The number on the signs, 201-706-4890, is incorrect (it's 8490).

The doctors at the practices are moving to other Riverside offices in Hoboken. At adult care, these include Dr. Raj Brahmbhatt, Dr. Varun Malik, and Sara Baker, APN, moving to 1425 Bloomfield.

The moves are effective this Monday, the signs say.

Riverside is now under the umbrella of Optum Medical Care, as are CareMount and ProHEALTH. Optum is among the largest owners of medical groups (groups of providers) in the United States, with 60,000 doctors and providers nationally.
