Man Charged After Striking Goose With Ebike, Hoboken Police Say

A 30-year-old man was charged with cruelty to animals, Hoboken police said.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A 30-year-old man was arrested in Hoboken on Sept. 11 after witnesses told police that he "purposely struck a goose with an ebike," police said.

Andrew Mullins of Hoboken was charged with cruelty to animals and issued a complaint summons for riding an ebike on a walkway, Hoboken police said.

Police said that they responded at 5:35 p.m. to reports that someone struck a goose. Mullins fit the description, they said.

He was taken to police headquarters, charged, and then taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, they said.
