Mission 50 Workspaces of Hoboken, N.J. Launches New Website

Mission 50 Workspaces of Hoboken, N.J., a flexible, shared office environment for small businesses, entrepreneurs and freelancers, has announced the launch of its redesigned website at mission50.com. The upgrade features a modern, user-friendly design, along with information about Mission 50's members, leasing options and membership benefits.

"The newly enhanced website has a fresh new look, high-impact images and improved functionality," said Ward Sandler, a partner at 320ny, who created the new website along with his colleague, Roger Asnen. "The site's responsive design can easily be viewed on desktop computers, smartphones and tablets. It also offers improved navigation so visitors can quickly and conveniently find what they are looking for."

Many of Mission 50's current members and their companies are represented on the new site, along with interactive profiles and links to each company's website. Those interested in becoming a Mission 50 member can browse available leasing options, amenities and pricing. The redesigned site also includes a press section with the latest event announcements and news releases.

320ny, a consulting firm that helps clients build and optimize their online business, has been a Mission 50 member since 2011. Sandler said designing Mission 50's new website underscores the collaborative environment that has become a hallmark of coworking. At Mission 50, members frequently exchange ideas, generate leads, and find potential business partners and other experts who can help them achieve their professional objectives.

"Since my membership began, I have made connections with a number of other professionals and entrepreneurs spanning a variety of industries, many of whom also have pending projects with 320ny," Sandler said. "I enjoy the camaraderie and social benefits that come from sharing space with others each day. Even though I don't work directly with other members, there is a real sense of community among those of us who share this space."

Located in the penthouse of the multi-tenanted, 80,000-square-foot Hoboken Business Center, Mission 50 members are provided with daily to monthly leasing options and a choice of private and shared workspaces. Amenities include laptop-ready desks with Internet connectivity; virtual mailing addresses; print, copy, scan and fax capabilities; and three soundproof phone booths.

Mission 50 has grown significantly since its inception in 2011, and now boasts more than 250 members. "We wanted to create a site that allows for a positive user experience and adds value by providing useful information on what makes Mission 50 such a great place to launch or run a business," said Greg Dell'Aquila, president of Mission 50. "We have achieved that and more in this redesign."
