The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said there is no criminal investigation into the death near the border with Union City.

HOBOKEN, NJ —A month after man's body was found in Union City near the 14th Street Viaduct, up the hill from Hoboken, prosecutors have released only a few details pending the medical examiner's report.

The man was found the morning of Jan. 13 near the Viaduct, a county road that brings drivers up the Palisade hills from Hoboken to Jersey City Heights and Union City. The area is known to include homeless encampments, and men have been found there deceased before.
