The agency said that M&E and Gladstone Branch tickets and passes will continue to be cross-honored on NJ TRANSIT's Raritan Valley Line and Montclair-Boonton Line trains as well as on NJ TRANSIT bus and private carrier buses.

Monday's windy weather caused a large tree to fall on the Morris & Essex (M&E) lines tracks in Maplewood, damaging the catenary structure and the overhead wires the structure supports, before landing across the rail tracks, the agency said.
