HOBOKEN, NJ — They may be cheesy, but two food festivals coming to Hoboken in April often sell out, delighting adults and children alike.
The events show off the area's restaurants and help support charities.

- The seventh Hoboken Mac & Cheese Festival returns April 11.
- The Hoboken "Mutz Fest" returns April 26.
Mac & Cheese Festival tickets run from $27 to $75, offering samples from each participating location, a treat from Carlo's Bakery and Dipped N Smashed, and more. VIP tickets let you skip the lines, enjoy some alcoholic beverages, and get into exclusive tastings.

The Mutz Fest, with its unique contests and live music, takes place outside under the 14th Street Viaduct. Proceeds benefit Hoboken Bike Camp, which teaches local kids with disabilities to ride.
The festival also allows some of the Italian delis and other area restaurants to show off their fresh cheeses.
There will be live music and some extras for those buying VIP tickets.
