What would happen if you really tried to climb Rapunzel's hair? Find out at this unique weekend event in North Jersey.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Ever wonder just how much weight Rapunzel’s hair could really hold? The public will get a definitive answer to this fairy tale myth at an upcoming event at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City on Saturday, April 8.
At the magical event, which coincides with the center’s feature exhibit, “MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition,” a stuntman will climb a simulated version of “Rapunzel’s hair” alongside a 40-foot castle in the heart of Liberty State Park in an effort to test the validity of the tall tale.
Catch the hair-pulling, nail-biting science experiment at Liberty State Park, 222 Jersey City Boulevard in Jersey City, on April 8 at noon and 3 p.m.
