Mental Health Group NAMI Hudson County Announces Support Meetings, Speaker, Events

The Hudson County chapter of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill has scheduled events and support groups for January and beyond.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Do you live with mental health issues, or do you have a loved one who does? The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill has a Hudson County chapter with virtual meetings and in-person activities. They have announced some of their events for January.

Tuesday night, Jan. 17, NAMI Hudson County planned to run its monthly support group at 7 p.m. Register here for support group.

On Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m., NAMI's Speaker Series will run an event including a presentation by Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey. They will provide an overview of brain injury, identify the relationship between brain injury and mental health, explore the issues and treatment
barriers, and review resources for individuals impacted by brain injury. Register here for the event.
