That this new recycle program will not proceed well. Even the carting company employees{ on the trucks} do not know of this new procedure.To make it even more of a joke, during the old recycle method ,recycling was almost non existent . Now your saying comingle cans, glass, plastic.
Paper ,& cardboard separate. Rinse? Yeah right!
What about all garbage cans with lids ? Keep dreaming!
