Newest Restaurant On Hoboken's Washington Street Has Grand Opening Deals This Weekend

HOBOKEN, NJ — The New York City-based fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad opened at the foot of Hoboken's Washington Street on Nov. 18. It's the chain's fourth location in New Jersey.

The store is at 114 Washington St., a walk of about six blocks from the Hoboken train station.

The owners said, "Guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups, smoothies and more when visiting the new store."

Menu highlights include seasonal fall salads, as well as “Iconic Salads" — Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch, and Tokyo Supergreens — and its “Earth Friendly” menu board, featuring salads with low carbon footprints."

With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, Hoboken residents are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions. If they purchase a bowl for $1, they'll receive a free salad topping with every reuse.

For the Grand Opening period they'll also have these offers:

• Through Saturday, Dec. 3, $5 Meal Days: Every customer who orders in-store from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. will receive a discounted $5 meal.
• VIP Bowl Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Just Salad was founded in 2006 and has over 60 locations across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Dubai.
