Newport Centre Mall Gets 4 New Stores: Hudson County Shopping

Hudson County, NJ – Shoppers at the Newport Centre mall in Jersey City will soon have four new stores to explore.

The mall's management company, Simon, recently announced that it’s adding the following stores to its roster:

• The Body Shop
• e.l.f. Cosmetics
• Zinburger
• Zara

NJ.com reported that e.l.f. Cosmetics will open a 1,200-square-foot location in December at the space that previously housed GNC.

Zara and Zinburger are expected to open a 23,600-square-foot store “in time for the 2016 holiday season,” NJ.com reported.

The Body Shop’s grand opening is slated for Friday, July 15, with a special promotion on Thursday, July 21.

According to the mall’s website, “the first 50 customers in line at 10:00am when the doors open will each receive one randomly selected The Body Shop gift card with a value of $10, $25, $50, $100 or $500, redeemable only on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at The Body Shop Newport Centre location.”

Gift cards will only be distributed to customers 18 years of age or older, the mall stated. Clients must be present (clients may not “hold” spots in line for those who are not present) and in the line the entire time after arrival, clients who leave the line after arriving must return to the end of the line. No purchase is necessary.
