No Fireworks In Hoboken For 2015
For the second year in a row, the Macy's fireworks celebration will take place over the East River, and can't be seen from city waterfront.
If you’re one of the many Hoboken residents who have made a tradition out of watching the 4th of July fireworks from the city waterfront, you’re in for a disappointment again this year.
According to an announcement from city officials, the Macy’s fireworks celebration over the Hudson River will take place at the East River this year, the same as in 2014.
The fireworks had been hosted at the Hudson River for five years prior to the 2014 relocation.
