Official Says Hoboken And Jersey City Groups Are Feuding: Report

A councilman has said that a spate of recent shootings in Jersey City Heights are a result of warring groups from both towns.

HOBOKEN, NJ — After two people were injured in separate daytime shootings in Jersey City Heights on Wednesday, Jersey City Ward D Councilman Yousef Saleh told NJ.com that a spate of recent shootings has been occurring due to an "ongoing conflict between rival groups" from the Heights and down the hill in Hoboken.

Saleh, whose ward contains the Heights, told the outlet that both cities' police departments are investigating. Read more of the story here.
