Brooklyn Dumpling Shop In Hoboken To Open In February
The unique chain offers dumplings in varieties like Philly cheese steak and crab Rangoon. The Hoboken location will open in February 2023.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A long-awaited restaurant on Hoboken's Washington Street has given an opening date.
Brooklyn Dumpling shop at 514 Washington St. will open on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023 at noon, the owners told Patch this week.
The shop passed its health inspection Sept. 21, 2022.

The store is part of a chain that offers unusual dumplings in varieties from peanut butter and jelly to the Philly cheesesteak to Maryland crab cake.
The Hoboken location has maintained some of the facade and historic clock from the past. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, it was the hip bookstore Blackwater Books. Decades earlier, it was a furrier, according to one source.
