Paris Baguette Bringing Sandwiches, Salads, Dessert To New Hoboken Shop
The Paris Baguette restaurant chain, which serves up sandwiches, salads, bread, and cakes, is coming soon to Hoboken.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Back in 2022, the national bakery/cafe chain Paris Baguette pledged to open 40 new stores around the country by year's end, and in fall of that year, they said their first Hudson County store would open in West New York.
Now, they plan to open a new shop across the street from Hoboken's Elysian Park, the iconic park where "On The Waterfront" was filmed.
The chain has placed signage, as well as images of rainbow cake and other goodies, in the Maxwell Place development on the corner of Sinatra Drive and Eleventh Street. See photos above.
