HOBOKEN, NJ — It's got ample seating, unique pastries, freshly packaged coffee, as well as sandwiches, salads, and unusual breads.
The new Paris Baguette opened near Elysian Park in Hoboken last week, promising to be a contender among the area's popular cafes. It's open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Back in 2022, the cafe chain pledged to open 40 new stores around the country by year's end.
Their latest is located at Eleventh Street and Sinatra Drive, across the street from the iconic park where "On The Waterfront" was filmed.

It's got ample tables to work at or nosh at, which may prove useful since the remodeled Starbucks a block away has gotten rid of most of its inside seating.
The eatery serves up unique cakes, sandwiches, and salads, and sometimes, a combination of all three: Breads that include meat, cheese, and veggies.
The owners of the chain, headquartered in Moonachie, expected to have at least 150 stores around the country.
