Recently, Luke’s Lobster, a seafood restaurant with locations throughout the nation, announced plans to open a new store in Hoboken sometime in May.
Many online commenters said that they were looking forward to the new eatery:
“Yay! I love Luke’s. Bring it on!” stated one resident.

“Looking forward to fresh seafood,” wrote another resident.
But others weren’t so ecstatic about another chain restaurant coming to town:

“Another chain. Hoboken is now a mall with a food court,” wrote one resident.
“Stop promoting everyone that comes here and start promoting who is here,” stated another.
