Tropical Storm Ophelia Could Bring Wind Gusts, Inch Of Rain To Hoboken Area

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — The National Hurricane Center is now saying that a tropical cyclone could cause "localized urban and small stream flooding impacts" to the mid-Atlantic states this weekend.

Forecasts call for the tropical system to drop as much as an inch of rain on the Hoboken area on Saturday afternoon, the first day of fall.
