Registration For Art In The Park In Hoboken Starts This Week
The popular summer program is for kids age 1-4.
HOBOKEN — Mayor Ravi Bhalla and the city of Hoboken will again offer the popular Art in the Park program for kids ages 1-4 this summer. The program costs $4o for six weeks, one class per week.
For the tenth year, local preschool teacher Nora Martinez DeBenedetto will help children dig into play dough, paint, glue, bubbles, and more. Children socialize with others and also enjoy water play, story time, and sing-a-longs in the shade.
Each child can sign up for six weeks in a row at the same day and time, although they can sign up for more than one session. Sessions will be held beginning the week of June 15 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays at Elysian Park (10th Street and Hudson Street), and Wednesday at Pier A Park (First Street and Sinatra Drive). Participants can sign up for the early morning session (9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.) or the late morning session (11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)

Makeup classes will take place on Fridays at either Pier A Park or Elysian Park.
