Sean Penn and Dakota Johnson were spotted filming the movie "Daddio" near a brownstone in Hoboken.
HOBOKEN, NJ — On the heels of several other film sightings in Hoboken in the last year, residents spotted Sean Penn filming scenes from the upcoming drama "Daddio" on Tuesday. The film stars Penn and Dakota Johnson.
The cast and crew were spotted on a side street, 11th Street, amid the stately brownstones and across from Olivia's restaurant.

According to Deadline, the film — announced in 2021 — follows a young woman who jumps into a yellow cab at JFK Airport in New York City. She winds up in an unexpected conversation with the driver about everything from loss to sex to power dynamics.
