Serial Shrimp Shoplifter Arrested in Hoboken
The Jersey City man allegedly stole three bags of gourmet seafood… twice.

Hoboken police arrested a Jersey City man who allegedly shoplifted almost $100 worth of gourmet shrimp from a local ShopRite supermarket on two separate occasions.
On Monday, Mark Serrano, 24, attempted to leave the store without paying for three bags of Cape Gourmet brand shrimp valued at $95, according to ShopRite loss prevention employees.
Store employees charged that Serrano was caught on video stealing three bags of similar shrimp on Sunday, March 31.
